 Bastards of light

Level: Advanced

Appearance: The caster will conjure multiple bright projections of light that take the form of various strange animals and people all bearing no recognizable features. The light forms will merge with the caster, and people the caster chooses. The light will outline each person affected with bright pearly lights. 

Effect: Bastards of light grant magic resistance and illuminating light to any person outlined with the lights that the bastards glow with. The magic resistance reduces any magical effect by more than half, and the illuminating effect is only visible to anyone affected by the bastards of light. The bastards bind themselves to forms since they were only light before without function. 

Duration: Bastards of light can stave off three separate magical effects, but not completely. After three strikes the bastard of light fades on the person hit. The bastard of light can be recast immediately after dissipation.

Range: Any person you can see can be affected by the bastards of light including the caster.

Type: Evocation

This is an interesting song. I was admittedly interested to see what the Red Hot Chili Peppers were up to after so long, especially with the John Frusciante's return. All in all unlimited love is very warm and comforting.

 Caliban Level: Legendary Appearance: The caster will summon Caliban, a golden gargoyle with kaleidoscopic eyes, who will obliterate all the caster chooses with an array of dreadful rays that beam from Caliban's eyes. Caliban has horns all over their body, concentrated on the side of their head and on their arms as well. Caliban speaks with a hypnotic cadence and their voice captivates anyone listening, inspiring allies, and terrifying foes. Caliban is immobile and the caster must choose where Caliban will perch. Caliban shifts through many faces, with each beamsight bearing a new fearsome face. Caliban when dispelled resembles a puzzle of themselves and begins to move and shift until they have totally collapsed in on themselves and disappeared completely from the naked eye.  Effect: Caliban is indestructible and possesses 5 beamsights that they utilize to destroy foes.  A list of the beamsights that Caliban has can be found below: Plasma ray - This beamsight creates a superheated

Song Spell #44 Cake - The distance

 The distance Level: Intermediate Appearance: The caster visibly has more drag control and trajectory accuracy of any projectile based magic. Effect: The distance allows the caster to have more predictable control of projectile magic. The spell specifically makes projectiles work more in line with the distance variable of travel, making the spell more likely to hit its mark. This grants a bonus to any spell rolls if used premptively, which is the only way this meta spell can be used.  Duration: The duration of the spell that the distance has been cast on. Range: Caster range Type: Meta  This is a very energetic song with an excellent bassline and guitar riff. I like the lyrics of this song. They are unconventional for the situation that they are describing.
